Paint Shop was originally distributed as shareware, but is now sold in the United States for US$99.99, or US$59.99 for an upgrade from version 7 or higher, which is considerably lower than the price of its main competition, Adobe Photoshop. Can anyone tell me if Psp v7 (Paint Shop Pro 7 ) is compatible with Windows operating system 8? I am thinking of changing my Xp computer and the thought that my PsP7 will not work or be compatible with Windows 8 is stopping me.
